Gallant - Racing History

"She was never much of a race winner!" This is what Eric Jespersen was told upon purchasing Gallant.

After her restoration, Eric towed Gallant back across the continent to the east coast, to sail the 2009 6mr World Cup in Newport. Proving the critics wrong, three generations of Jespersens, Bent, Eric and Ross sailed Gallant to victory in Newport, New Jersey.

Gallant's racing history includes 1st in 2009 World Cup, 2nd in 2011 World Cup and 3rd in 2015 World Cup. She also won the North American Championships in 2006 and the European Championships in 2012.
